More About Me

So, why dentistry? Growing up I had always known that I wanted to enter the medical field in some way but I was unsure of the type of medicine I wanted to practice. Once I began shadowing at my local dental office, I fell in love with the patient centered approach of dentistry. Growing up, I never knew my primary care physician but I always knew my dentist. Because of that, It was a big deal to me to know and connect with my patients on a deeper level. To not just see them whenever something went wrong and to instead see them and their families multiple times a year. While that is the main reason I ended up choosing dentistry, there are so many things I love about the profession and find myself learning more and more things I enjoy about being a dentist the more time I spend in clinic with my patients!
