I’m broadly interested in the workings of the mind and how they can be shaped for good, with current interests focused on meditation and related consciousness-altering practices. I believe evidence synthesis and meta-science offer useful tools for redefining scientific understanding of what we currently think we know.

Beyond abstraction, I particularly enjoy hiking peaks, growing plants, and making tortilla de patata (with cebolla, of course).
