Games, crafts, and story time!!!

It's a FREE event for families to attend please note the following;

One adult and with a maximum of 2 children.

An adult must accompany children.

Recommended Age is 4-10 years old.

Navigating Trauma Experiences

Trauma comes in all sizes, shapes, and forms affecting anyone at any age. As parents, it is important to understand how trauma can affect our children and what to be on the lookout for.

We are excited to offer this free session on navigating trauma experiences by local experienced social worker Heather Sinfield.

Heather will speak on the differences between anxiety, stress, and trauma. She will discuss tools like the Window of Tolerance, coping strategies and more that will help you navigate your family through traumatic experiences.
