The large livingroom has a wood-burning stove, spacious dining area, and a kitchen with all new appliances. Downstairs has two bedrooms, and full bathroom. Upstairs is one large bedroom with high ceilings, two single beds and a full size bed, its own bathroom, and a walk-in closet. 

Adjoining the dining area is a screened-in breezeway leading to a huge screened-in porch perched among the trees, with hammocks, Adirondack chairs, and a teak dining table. A charcoal grill and full wrap around deck complete the outdoor area. During Spring, Summer and Fall seasons, the screened-in porch also features a full outdoor theater, with a 105" diagonal pull down screen with surround sound. Cable TV, WiFi and landline phone are included. Outdoor 220v outlet for EV charging. Pet-friendly.
