Educators Rising is a nationwide community-based organization that uplifts aspiring educators by offering resources, a Grow Your Own programming for high school students through the Educators Rising curriculum, and conferences at the state and national level.

In around 2017 Connecticut started its participation in Educators Rising in one district, expanding to 10 in 2020. From then on, the community has grown from 10 districts to 24.
