I didn't come to professional English coaching only as an English teacher. I came to it as a business professional, leader, salesperson, trainer, and coach who understands what effective communication looks like in the real world.

From Business Leadership to Professional Coaching

My career didn't begin in a classroom.

For more than two decades, I've worked in the business world, developing experience across sales, management, operations, training, marketing, human resources, leadership, and coaching.

I've worked in Canada's top telecommunications companies and SAAS with organizations and I have held leadership and sales positions that required me to communicate with customers, teams, executives, and business partners.

Along the way, I discovered that one of the most powerful skills a professional can develop isn't simply knowing what to say — it's knowing how to communicate it effectively.
