World Cafe Activity

For the World Cafe activity, participants had an option to engage in a choice of 8 table discussions. There was 3 rounds and each round was 20 minutes. Participants at each table lead the discussion in relation to the topic. For example, they asked:

How does it work at your library?

How could it be implemented or improved?

What inspires? What challenges? What are your goals?

What systems are in place?

What tools are you using?

What successes? What failures? Why?

Participants at each table were encouraged to record their conversations on flip-chart paper with key takeaways, ideas, or questions for further exploration.
