Michael Ennis, founder and CEO of Connect2, has over 40 years of Technology and Business Management experience. A quantitative economist and software engineer by training, he has specialized in the application of technology to a wide range of industries including manufacturing, logistics, finance, and communication.He has worked with many major corporations including IBM, NCR, Litton Industries, and is the founder and former CEO of pioneering Jamaican technology companies including Compumart Jamaica Ltd. and Netcomm Jamaica Ltd., supplying technology solutions to Caribbean countries since 1986. Michael is a former director of Jamaica Business Development Corporation and the Micro Investment Development Agency with special interest in the development of financial platforms for the micro, small and medium business sector. Michael specializes in the analysis of business processes and provides recommendations for the application of technology solutions.

Dr. Abbott holds a PhD in chemical engineering and operations research. He has been working in the area of advanced analytics for the last 18 years. He has applied simulation, forecasting and optimization techniques to alumina plant operations, chemical reactor design, healthcare managed care contract pricing and rigorous hospital strategic pricing. He was the principal architect of the critically acclaimed contract optimization system which was nominated for the 2002 Franz Edelman award for excellence in operations research. Kirk has generated millions of dollars of revenue for his clients and his previous employers through the use of advanced analytics.

Neil Fairclough is UX/UI Designer, Desktop and Digital Publisher with over 20 years experience. He has experience in web technology and web design, with a focus on Indesign, Quark, Photoshop, Dreamweaver and Illustrator. He has worked as a freelancer in the production of web sites, books, newsletters, brochures, posters, magazines and other similar publications. His experience also includes ASP.NET CORE, C#, PHP, MYSQL, HTML5, CSS, XML and JavaScript.

Abhilash Narayan has over 13 years of experience as IT Professional with extensive hands-on and customer-facing experience working with major financials & wealth management companies. His vast experience spans Cost Estimation, Configuration Management, Project Management and Process management as well as developing complex enterprise solutions using various cutting edge technologies in Java Technology Stack for application migration, engineering, and operations of the complex mission-critical enterprise-wide solutions.
