This Policy applies to the App, our related mobile features, support channels, and services that link to this Policy. It is written for a consent-based location-sharing service: the App should be used only for your own device, your own account, or people who have agreed to share location with you.
The App is not designed for covert tracking, remote installation, or locating a person by phone number alone. Location sharing requires the App, device permissions, account settings, and user-authorized sharing controls to work together.
Depending on how you use the App, we may collect the following categories of information.
Account and profile information: name, phone number, account identifiers, profile photo if you choose to add one, language, country or region, family group or circle settings, and support messages you send to us.
Location information: precise GPS location, approximate location, latitude and longitude, location accuracy, location timestamps, geofence events, route or place history if the feature is enabled, and related movement information provided by your device or operating system.
Circle, invite, and sharing information: family or friend groups you create or join, people you invite, people who invite you, sharing status, group roles, and visibility settings.
Device and technical information: device model, operating system, app version, IP address, network status, time zone, battery or permission status where needed for service reliability, crash logs, diagnostics, and performance data.
Contacts or invite data: if you choose to invite others, we may process the phone number, email address, or invite link information needed to send or manage that invitation.
Advertising and analytics information: advertising identifiers such as AAID or IDFA where available, app events, ad views or clicks, device identifiers, and aggregated usage statistics.
Purchase information: if you buy a subscription or in-app product, the app store or payment provider processes your payment details. We may receive transaction status, product type, purchase time, and renewal or cancellation status.
Location data is central to the App. We collect it only after permission is granted and a location-based feature is enabled.
Background location: To support real-time location sharing, geofence alerts, safety check-ins, route or place history, and device-finding features, the App may continue to collect location data while running in the background, including after you close the App or when you are not actively using it.
Your location may be visible to family members, circles, invitees, or contacts that you authorize through App settings.
You can stop or limit location collection by disabling location sharing in the App, leaving a circle, logging out where available, or changing your device location permissions.

We use information to provide, maintain, protect, and improve the App. This includes:
showing real-time location to authorized circles or invitees;
sending geofence, arrival, departure, battery, safety, or service alerts;
helping you create, verify, secure, and recover your account;
supporting family or circle management, invitations, and user permissions;
maintaining service reliability, debugging crashes, preventing abuse, and improving performance;
responding to support requests and privacy requests;
measuring app usage and feature performance in aggregated or limited forms;
showing, measuring, and limiting ads through advertising partners where permitted by law and platform rules;
complying with legal obligations and enforcing our terms and policies.
We share information only as needed for the App and as described in this Policy.
Authorized users: Your name, profile details, location, location status, and related alerts may be shared with family members, circles, invitees, or contacts you authorize.
Service providers: We may share information with providers that support hosting, cloud storage, analytics, crash reporting, notifications, verification, customer support, security, and fraud prevention.

Location-sharing apps are most useful when users can control who sees them and when sharing stops. You can manage your choices in the App and on your device.
Location permissions: grant, limit, or revoke foreground and background location permissions in your device settings.
Sharing settings: turn location sharing on or off, leave a circle, remove members where available, or stop sharing with specific people if the feature is available.
Invitations: ignore, reject, block, or delete invitations where the App provides those controls.
Notifications: manage push notifications in the App or through your device settings.
Advertising choices: reset or limit your advertising identifier through your device settings and use any privacy controls made available in your region.
Account information: update your profile or account information where the App provides that function.
Privacy requests: contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your personal information, subject to identity verification and legal exceptions.

Uninstalling the App may stop future collection from that device, but it may not automatically delete information already associated with your account. Please use account deletion controls or contact us for deletion requests.
The App may be used by families only with appropriate notice, authority, and consent. It must not be used to secretly monitor another person.
