We want to make sure we are connecting with you as quickly and efficiently as possible. To help us stay in touch, we want to share the best ways to reach our team:

• For the Fastest Response: Because we are often out of our offices working with students throughout the day, we aren't always near our phones. Email allows us to see and reply much quicker.

• Phone Calls: We strive to return all phone messages within 24 hours. If you leave a voicemail, we will get back to you as soon as we are back at our desks.

• For Urgent Matters: If you have an urgent matter that needs immediate attention, please call the Counseling  office at (210) 397-1032 and speak directly with our secretary,                   Mrs. Lowery, to ensure we receive your message as soon as possible.
