Does Constitution-Making Matter?

Since 2024, the German Research Foundation (DFG, #525707184) and the National Science Centre of Poland (NCN, #2022/47/I/HS4/03170) are funding a joint research project by the Universities of Hamburg and Warsaw with 480,000 Euros.

The joint research project aims to investigate the effects of constitution-making and constitution-making procedures.

The team in Hamburg is led by Prof. Dr. Jerg Gutmann. The Polish research group is headed by Prof. Dr. Katarzyna Metelska-Szaniawska.
