1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Conjure - AI Home Interior mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the App.

2. Description of Service

Interior AI provides a platform that allows users to upload photos of their rooms and apply artificial intelligence-powered styles and generation to receive interior design recommendations, visualizations, and layouts (collectively, the "Service").

3. User Content

3.1 Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the original photos and images you upload ("User Content"). However, by submitting User Content to the App, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and operating the Service safely.

3.2 Generated Content

The AI-generated images and interior designs provided to you through the App ("Generated Content") are for your personal and commercial use, subject to these terms. 

3.3 Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to upload User Content that:

- Is illegal, inappropriate, offensive, pornographic, or harassing.

- Infringes upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party.

- Contains malicious code, viruses, or any other harmful software.

We reserve the right to remove any User Content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Certain features, extra generations, or premium styles within the App may be available for purchase.

- Billing: All payments will be processed through the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) from which you downloaded the App.

- Refunds: Because our service relies on consuming expensive server resources (GPU compute) for AI generation, all purchases of digital goods, credits, or subscriptions are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or respective app store policies.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content (excluding User Content and Generated Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Interior AI and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

6. Disclaimers

The Service and Generated Content are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the Generated Content. AI-generated interior designs are simulated visualization concepts and may not perfectly reflect physical dimensions, lighting, or structural feasibility in the real world. 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Interior AI, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

8. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be in the App. By continuing to access or use the App after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
