PTA Reflections is a nationally acclaimed student recognition program to encourage artistic creativity in the classroom and at home. Last year, Congdon Park Elementary had students place in state with two students advancing to the national level in Washington DC. We hope to have even more participation in the PTA Reflections Program this year!
Since 1969, The National PTA Reflections program has encouraged millions of students across the nation to explore their artistic talents. The program is designed to promote cultural arts in our schools, encouraging students to reflect on a specific theme and create works of art in any or all of 6 categories: visual arts, photography, literature, music, dance, film, and including special artist category.
Entries, including consent and submission forms, will be due Monday, November 26, 2018. Art can be turned in to the office or Mr. Carlson.
All students entries will be featured in a special exhibition at Congdon Elementary. After judging, selected entries will advance to the state level with potential to advance to the national level.
