The APSA Section on Political Networks is sponsoring between 5 and 10 travel grants for participants based in North America.
Each travel grant is in the range of $300–$500. PhD students and postdocs who are based in North America are eligible to apply.
Applications or inquiries should be sent by email to the treasurer of the APSA Section, Jared F. Edgerton (jfe4@psu.edu) and the chair of the APSA Section, Shahryar Minhas (minhassh@msu.edu).
It is alternatively possible to submit your application via the conference proposal submission form.
All applications should consist of a CV (PDF format) and the email address of a referee the APSA Section may contact.
The travel grants are administered directly by the American Political Science Association (APSA). The APSA Section selects recipients, and APSA issues the payments via their Payment Request Form.
The APSA Section on Political Networks aims to support junior researchers interested in political networks as part of its core mission. The travel grants align with this core mission. They are also designed to ensure a strong US/European balance in conference participation as the conference is taking place in Europe for the first time.
