Confidence T&C are for both mobile application and wed site users.
Users/Subscribers are not to use our (confidence mobile app/website) service unless they have agree to the T&C.
Users should be 13years and above. Teenagers should also be supervise by their parents / guidance.
Users are require to provide certain information about themselves such as name, date of birth, phone number, email, user name, personal picture and bio (biography of you) to create / start an account. Provision of false information about yourself will one way/ other effect you negatively.
Every account is solely to the user so no transfer, successor, or any third party to continue the same account.
Users/subscribers operating our services (Confidence app/ website) on behalf of a company, institutions or organizations are also abide by the same T&C and regularly alert of officials, of such institutions, companies or organizations when policies, terms and conditions are amended / updated.
EVENT POST
Confidence controls information entered on the event form which include Event name, Event type, Event description, Event venue and Location, Event region, Date and time, but do not control the information on the event pictures/ fliers. When information on the fliers do not match with the forms, event planners could contact confidence for corrections. But when you / event planners want to accept if the changes/ differences are minor it could be considered but if it is major changes should be done either the flier/confidence input must be changed.
AUDIO POST
Confidence is a provider of advertisement / hosting services for audio contents. The audio content is the responsibility of the person/organization that provides it to confidence service. Content posted/uploaded could be remove/delete if content could harm another user/ subscriber / association / company / organization legally. Content should be your own / company / organization to prevent you from copyrights and other legal matters.
VIDED POST
Confidence considering youngsters of 13 years and above not all videos / movies will be permitted.
Sexually explicit movies are highly banned.
Movies with content of smoking, alcoholism, romantic scenes, killing, witch crafty, robbing and other criminal scenes will be carefully selected before upload/post.
Movies/videos submitted to confidence should also be approved by the standard authorities/copy right authorities. Some movies/videos will still be considered without copy right legalities in case, the problem will be the production company/organization and the authorities where confidence will exempted herself.
DATA SECURITY
We have put in place security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know. They will only process your personal data on our instruction and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality. We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.

Users here are not to post a product of tobacco, cigarettes, marijuana or any unapproved product from respective standard boards, quality control board and other co-operate institutions. General store being dedicated to public to post so Confidence do not control the existence, functionalities, amounts, qualities, locations and descriptions of the items. Buying an items from this category is your own will and risk so take extra careful and do not send money first, but see the item, check functionalities and do so in public place or accompanied by any partner you trust.
