Rooms will be shared by two people; you will have the opportunity to specify a preferred roommate in the registration form.
INTRIQ will cover the cost of your room for the nights of February 22 and 23. Checkout is on February 24 before noon.
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided throughout the meeting as well as coffee and refreshments during presentations.
Food restrictions or allergies can be indicated in the registration form.
A chartered bus is booked with Groupe Galland to provide transport between Montreal and Bromont. See details below.
For Sherbrooke-Bromont-Sherbrooke, car pooling (3-4 people) is highly encouraged. Save your gas receipts for reimbursement by INTRIQ.

A bus will make the round trip from Gare d'Autocars de Montréal, leaving February 22 from Montreal to Bromont at 5 p.m. (platform n°3), and on February 24 from Bromont to Montreal at 4:45 p.m. Please show up 15 minutes prior to departure.
The mask is mandatory at all times on the bus and passengers cannot drink or eat on the bus.
There will be a "Wine & Cheese" networking session on February 23, starting at 3:00 pm. This networking session is generously sponsored by Anyon Systems. There will be a short presentation by a representative from Anyon Systems, followed by a short presentation by a representative from Prompt. After these presentations, you will be free to chat with employees from both companies and your colleagues.
