Registration Information

The fee for full attendance is $75 per person, which includes the opening ceremony with refreshments, two training sessions, and networking luncheon. Instructor of the Year honorees are able to attend the Conference at a discounted rate of $25. 

Client Agencies: Interested attendees should contact their agency’s training coordinator to register through the MPCTC Registration System, training-mpctc.dpscs.maryland.gov. 

Non-Client Agencies: Those without training coordinators or without access to the MDLE portal can enroll by submitting a signed registration form to Katie.Johnson@maryland.gov. All forms must have an approving signature in order to register the student. This can be an agency head or unit supervisor – someone to authorize the student's attendance. MD Police & Correctional Training Commissions requires credit card information in order to process non-client enrollments (Visa or MasterCard). State agencies can pay via RSTARS transfer. 

Session Selection: After registration has been confirmed, attendees will receive a separate email with instructions for selecting their training sessions.

Cancellations: If you cannot attend the Conference for any reason, please notify your training coordinator or supervisor. Whoever logged into the system to register you can access the system to make changes to your registration. If you enrolled by submitting the registration form, contact Katie.Johnson@maryland.gov with cancellation requests. If the student is not removed from the roster within 3-business days of the Conference, the agency will be billed accordingly for any applicable fees. 

Those wishing to attend the awards ceremony only and not the entirety of the Conference should submit their RSVP via the Ceremony Only RSVP Form. 

Ceremony-only attendees will sign-in separately on the day of the event. They will not be required to pay the Conference fee, but will not be entitled to giveaways, training sessions and meals. They will be expected to depart after the awards ceremony concludes. Please cooridnate with your agency personnel in order to avoid duplicate RSVPs. 

Agency personnel who are attending the entire Conference should register via their training coordinators as noted above.
