We recommend that authors read our Publishing Policies & Ethics, and use our editorial guidelines and templates to prepare their article.
Besides, some tips on how to write a TITLE and an ABSTRACT in a proper way are given in this document. Please read it carefully before submitting your article.

If the conference organizers chose to provide print-ready PDF documents to the publisher, authors are asked to supply PDFs for all online and print publication.

Any use or proposed use of AI in the writing process must be disclosed at submission, specifying the tool, version, and its role. Authors may use generative AI or AI-assisted tools to improve language, grammar, or clarity, but only under human oversight. Authors must thoroughly review all AI-assisted content, as AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, distorted, out-of-context or biased. The Publisher (EDP Sciences) reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse the publication of any article that is found to contravene EDP Sciences AI policy (https://www.edpsciences.org/fr/politique-de-publication-et-ethique#anchor_AI-and-Ethics).
For the purpose of publishing the paper in the international database, it is necessary to send it to ket.conf@gmail.com before 01st June 2025. The paper must be in the format corresponding to the sample published on the web pages of the conference. The name of the file that includes the paper should be in the following form (surname of the main author.docx):

If the registration fee is not paid, the paper will not be published. The registration fee can not be paid at the place. Therefore we ask you to be paid before 01. 06. 2025. Registration is binding.
Receipt or confirmation of the bank transfer of registration fee to the conference bank account is necessary to be delivered to the organizers of the conference immediately after the transaction (please, send a letter, e-mail).
The copyright is retained by the author(s) under the Creative Commons Attribution license, which permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original work is properly cited.
Authors grant EDP Sciences a license to publish their article and identify EDP Sciences as the original publisher. They also grant any third party the right to use, distribute and reproduce the article in any medium, provided the original work is properly cited.

Conference papers may be updated, or enhanced, for further publication as a regular journal article, including submission to journals not published by EDP Sciences. Journal articles derived from work previously published in conference proceedings must contain a substantial amount of new or previously unpublished results. The question of whether there is sufficient additional material to warrant a new publication, is a matter for individual journals to decide. To enable informed decisions by journals, we recommend the authors to supply their chosen journal with a copy of their proceedings article, accompanied with a clear statement describing the material reproduced. In addition, a journal article derived from a proceedings paper must include a citation to this proceedings paper
