Privacy Policy — Conduit Bender & EMT Pipe Calc
Effective date: October 21, 2026
Conduit Bender & EMT Pipe Calc (also known as Conduit Bend Calc), published by Billin (Success Link Overseas HK Limited), is an offline conduit bending calculator. The app never asks for your name, email, or an account; it uses limited, anonymous usage and crash analytics described below, and our website uses limited, anonymous analytics as well.
Data we do not collect
No account, no sign-in — the app never asks for your name, email, or any identifier.
The app uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics for anonymous usage and crash data (see "App analytics and crash reporting" below). It contains no advertising or cross-app tracking SDKs.
The calculator itself works fully offline; the only network connection the app makes is to Google Play when verifying an optional Pro purchase (see below).
In-app purchases
The app is free to use. An optional one-time purchase unlocks the Pro calculators. That purchase is processed entirely by Google Play: the app connects to Google Play only to check whether you own the Pro unlock, and Google handles all payment information. We never see, collect, or store your payment details. A record that you own the Pro unlock is kept in the app's local storage on your own device.
Data stored on your device
Everything the app remembers stays in local storage on your own device and never leaves it:
Your selected bender and its specifications
Your recent inputs and calculation history (kept to the latest 20 entries)
You can clear this data at any time from within the app (History → Clear), or by uninstalling the app.
Website analytics
Our website (bendcalc.wattflow.net) uses Google Analytics 4 to understand which calculators visitors use. It records anonymous usage events only — such as which calculator was opened, that a calculation finished, the selected unit system, and clicks on the Google Play download link — and never the values you type into the calculators, your email, or any other personal information. The data is not used for advertising, and you can block it at any time with your browser's tracking protection or an ad blocker.
App analytics and crash reporting
Version 1.7.0 adds Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics so we can see which calculators are used and fix crashes. Analytics records anonymous usage events (such as which calculator screen was opened, that a calculation completed, the selected bend type and unit system, and when the Pro screen was shown) together with a randomly generated app-instance identifier and general device and app information, but never the values you type into the calculators; Crashlytics collects crash reports, stack traces, and basic device state when the app crashes. Both services are provided by Google, process data under Google's Privacy Policy, and are not used for advertising.
Children
The app collects no data from anyone, including children.
