Tech Policy - Use of technology is only permitted during unmoderated caucuses.
Bring your own laptops; delegates will be given guest wi-fi info at the start of committee.
Crisis Committee Tech Policy - Limited and clarified on Topic Synopses
Pre-written resolutions are never allowed in M.U.N., as it interferes with the collaborative process.
General Debate - Every delegate will be allowed one speech, max 1 minute; no comments allowed.
Substantive Debate - Times will be subject to delegates and at the Lead-Chair's discretion. This includes speeches, comments, mods & unmods.
General Debate - Only 5-10 speeches will be allowed, max 1 minute each; these speeches will be recorded as a delegate's first moderated caucus speech. Delegates not given the opportunity to deliver a General Debate speech will be prioritized for the first round(s) of moderated caucuses.
Substantive Debate - Times will be subject to delegates and at the Lead-Chair's discretion. This includes speeches, comments, mods & unmods.

Sensitivity Statment
The CondorMUN VII Secretariat and Staff are dedicated to making sure that all delegates have a safe and welcoming environment during our conference. The conference has a strict zero-tolerance policy for any verbal or nonverbal acts of discrimination, including notes to delegates, resolutions, speeches, and interactions with other delegates.
Examples of these factors include race, color, sexual orientation, religion, nationality/ethnicity, and disability.
This holds true for any correspondence exchanged by delegates speaking for themselves as well as comments made representing a country or character. Delegates who disobey this policy will be prompted to speak with a secretariat staff member. Any violation of this policy could result in a warning, suspension from the conference, or even disqualification from awards. Please ensure that you conduct yourself in an appropriate manner to keep our conference enjoyable and positively memorable for all delegates, advisors, and staff. Thank you!
