Sensitivity Statement
The CondorMUN Secretariat and Staff are dedicated to ensuring that all delegates experience a safe and welcoming environment throughout our conference. The conference has a strict, zero-tolerance policy for any verbal or nonverbal acts of discrimination, including notes to delegates, resolutions, speeches, and interactions with other delegates.
Examples of these factors include race, color, sexual orientation, religion, nationality/ethnicity, and disability.
This holds true for any correspondence exchanged by delegates speaking for themselves as well as comments made representing a country or character. Delegates who disobey this policy will be prompted to speak with a secretariat staff member. Any violation of this policy could result in a warning, suspension from the conference, or disqualification from awards. Please conduct yourself in an appropriate manner to keep our conference enjoyable and positive for all delegates, advisors, and staff. Thank you!
