A pilot is a very important part of Condor. Players with 400 to 1000 in-game minutes will get the First officer rank. Players with 1000 to 3000 in-game minutes will get the Trainee pilot rank. Players with 3000 plus in-game minutes will get the Elite pilot rank. After you have the pilot rank you will need to train to get the captain rank. Only captains can be fly in Condor Flights. First officers do not need training.

An air traffic controller is also very important. They must be good at communicating with planes with proper aviation language to prevent crashes. Must have ATC gamepass.

The ground crew leads planes around the taxiways as well as refuel and marshal the plane.

The flight attendant's role is very important during a flight. They care for the passengers and make sure they are safe and comfortable.

A trainer has an important job as the trainer has to see if a pilot is good enough or has enough experience to fly for Condor Airlines. A trainer can host flights and does not need a private server, even though a private server would help.

To be a helper, you also need to be active and responsible. Help out the server by making it better! You can kick or ban members if they are breaking the rules. Even though helper has less capabilities than other staff, it is still useful and helpers would help out the server a ton.
