ALWAYS focus on proper technique / form.
Limit interruptions of getting out of the pool.
Do not start too close. Have a five (5) second gap between swimmers (Drafting does not help you).
Stack the lane according to speed, fastest first.

Goggles on before you get on blocks.
Explode off of blocks.
Head down.
Streamline and dolphin kick.
There's no money on the bottom so don't go super deep.
