K9-1 was the call sign our master trainer Pat Duggan used for years as the senior canine handler for a local police department. After working and training two police service dogs, Pat is now retired but still working as a dog trainer for local law enforcement agencies.

Pat is now offering his years of experience to members of the public and is training pet dogs for obedience, behavior problems, and dog aggression issues.

Pat lives on a sprawling ranch just outside Clayton, CA and his ranch provides for a excellent venue to practice off leash obedience with a variety of other animals that often serve as a distraction for dogs and test their obedience skills.

Pat is also able to come to your home for a training session or meet at a local park to train around other people and animals for dogs that are more advanced in their obedience training.
