Hi, I’m Lydia — a twenty-one-year-old concert photographer based in Houston, TX. I’m currently a senior at Sam Houston State University working toward my BFA in photography.
I’ve loved photography for as long as I can remember, but in March 2025 I decided to focus on concert and event photography—and I haven’t slowed down since. There’s something addictive about it: the lights, the expressions, and the pressure of knowing you only get one chance to get the shot. Being feet away from artists I love while chasing that perfect frame is a feeling I’m completely hooked on. Even when it’s physically exhausting (which it definitely can be), I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
My music taste is all over the place, but some favorites include My Chemical Romance, Will Wood, Pink Floyd, Amy Winehouse, and The Rolling Stones. I love pretty much every genre—especially if it’s loud, emotional, dramatic, or a little chaotic.
Outside of concerts, I love movies, theatre, singing, sleeping (very important), and anything creative. I also have experience with HTML and CSS, social media management, and graphic design, so I understand both the creative and branding sides of what I do.
