Jacqueline is a Certified Training Professional (CTP) from the esteemed ITD, showcasing her expertise in designing and developing impactful training programs. She’s also a Certified Game-based Learning (GBL) practitioner, driven by the belief that experiential learning and gamification can revolutionize the way people learn and develop essential skills in an engaging and immersive manner.

Jacqueline’s versatility extends beyond her professional endeavors. As a seasoned blogger since 2009, she has cultivated a unique writing style that resonates with her audience.
