We offer both online and offline ordering options. Our physical store is located at Shop No-4027, 4th Floor, Samabay Twin Tower, Gulisthan, Dhaka, Bangladesh, and our factory is based at Borogram, Kamrangirchar, Dhaka.
2. Orders and Pricing:
Our minimum order for customized products is 10 pieces of a single design.
Prices are as per the product and design requested. Delivery charges are extra and depend on the location.
We reserve the right to modify our pricing and delivery terms without prior notice.
3. Delivery:
We deliver across all of Bangladesh through reliable courier services. Delivery times are generally 3-5 days, but may vary depending on the courier service and location.
CONCEPT HOUSE BD is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party courier services.
4. Customization and Design Approval:
Once you place an order, we will provide a final print file for your approval before proceeding. After the final approval, no changes can be made.
We are not liable for any errors, including spelling mistakes or design errors, that were approved during the final print stage.
5. Cancellation and Refunds:
Once an order is confirmed and the advance payment is made, the order cannot be canceled, and the advance will not be refunded.
We offer refunds for sizing issues or other defects only and if only there is evidence that our size chart did not match the given measurements.
6. Size and Color Variations:
Size: There may be slight variations in size (plus or minus 0.5 inch) due to the nature of manufacturing. Please refer to our size chart before placing an order.
Color: Colors may slightly vary due to lighting conditions during photography. We recommend reviewing our product images carefully before confirming your order.
