ZincFinders ("we," "our," or "us") is dedicated to protecting your privacy while providing a premium, ad-supported Quranic experience. This Privacy Policy explains our data practices for the ZikrVerse mobile application.
1. Information We Collect
Privacy is our priority; the majority of your data remains exclusively on your local device.
Local Data : Stored on Device
We do not transmit these to our servers:
-App Preferences: Theme settings, font sizes, and language selection.
- Reading Progress: Last read position, bookmarks, and saved verses (Ayahs).
- Audio Settings: Preferred reciter selections and downloaded offline audio.
B. Data Collected Automatically (Ads & Analytics)
To support our free service and monitor performance, we use third-party tools:
- Google AdMob (Advertising): We use AdMob to serve advertisements. AdMob may collect and use your device’s Advertising ID (AAID on Android) to provide personalized or non-personalized ads (G-rated only).
- Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics: We collect anonymous crash reports and performance metrics to help us fix bugs and optimize the experience.
-Google Play Services: Required for core app functionality and security.
2. Information We Do NOT Collect
We prioritize your privacy by NOT collecting:
- Personal identification (name, email, phone number)
- Precise GPS location data
- Contacts or address book data
- Payment or financial information
3. How We Use Information
Local Data: Used strictly to provide offline access and maintain your customized settings.
Diagnostic Data: Used exclusively to monitor app stability and troubleshoot crashes.
Ads Data: Used to serve relevant advertisements that fund the free development and maintenance of ZikrVerse.

5. Audio Streaming
When streaming Quranic audio, your device connects directly to Content Delivery Networks like Al Quran Cloud or EveryAyah. This may temporarily expose your IP address solely for file delivery. We do not track or log your streaming history.
6. User Rights & Data Protection
Users have the right to transparency and control over their data:
Ads Opt-Out: You can reset your Advertising ID or opt-out of personalized ads in your Android Settings (Settings > Google > Ads).
Data Erasure: You can clear all local data by uninstalling the app or clearing the app cache.
7. App Permissions
Internet: For streaming audio, downloads, and anonymous crash reports.
Storage: For saving offline audio and Ayah card images.
Notifications: For optional reminders.
Battery Optimization: To ensure reminders are delivered precisely.
8. Children's Privacy
ZikrVerse is designed for all ages and uses G-rated ad filtering. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13.
