Cisco offers some really good Cybersecurity training for free. I recommend the 180 hours Cybersecurity Fundamentals Course. All completed coursework come with a digital badge with a passing exam score. Exam consists of multiple choice, fill in the blank and practical labs.
The site also offers intro to Packet Tracer, Networking Fundamentals and numerous tutorial video's to guide you in the correct direction
The Critical Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) offers a broad range of Cyber related trainings. A limited amount of classes are offered to the General Public with a Government Employee Only set of courses as well. You do NOT need to a sworn government employee to take these courses. In order to register for these Courses you will need to use your government email for faster verification. Each course comes with a certificate of completion. While they have numerous industry certification prep courses, they currently do not offer any certifications or digital credentials. I found the EC-CEH (Certified Ethical Hacking) 29 hour prep course
