The Location

We offer a basic diagnostic at $130 per hour. This will help us to get an understanding of your current system setup, your expectations, and your potential PC issues. This serves as part of the initial step in identifying your computer's needs and developing a technical path to a solution. To start the process please RSVP and bring your computer to your visit. The basic diagnostic consultation is $130 per hour as long as it will not require additional time, hardware, or software to diagnose the issue. An initial payment of $130 to cover the first hour is due prior to appointment.  Our goal is to keep the process as simple as possible.
