About

Composify came about through a desire to create piano music as a gift, with a specific recipient in mind. It is a gift service created by Caroline Tyler, a concert pianist and composer. Caroline studied piano and composition at The Guildhall School of Music and Drama, and has performed as a concert soloist at major venues such as The Barbican in London, The Barber Institute in Birmingham and the Martinu Concert Hall and British Embassy in Prague. Caroline is also a music examiner for the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music and she judges piano competitions and gives masterclasses via The British and International Federation of Festivals. The video below is of a performance at St James' Piccadilly London of Mozart's Piano Concerto no 22 (while 7 months pregnant with her second son Alexander, who hopefully enjoyed the music as much as he does now he's 2!!).

The first Composify piece was written a piano student taught by Caroline as a child beginner and went on to achieve her ABRSM Diploma in piano performance and a place to study Music at Cambridge. (Her piece, Prelude on the name Daphne, is on the Composify playlist on Spotify).
