This Privacy Policy describes how the Compliance AI Interceptor Chrome Extension ("Extension", "we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects user data when installed and used within a company's managed environment.
This Extension is designed specifically for enterprise environments. It enables organizations to comply with regulatory, audit, and eDiscovery requirements by capturing interactions with Large Language Models (LLMs), including requests and responses made via web interfaces.
When enabled, the Extension may capture and archive the following information:
LLM Request Content: Inputs submitted by the user to an LLM.
LLM Response Content: Responses received from the LLM.
Timestamps and Metadata: Including time of interaction and session identifiers.
User Identifiers: Such as company-assigned user ID or email, only if required by the organization's audit policies.
Note: No personal or private data is shared outside the company network. The data collected is retained and accessed only by authorized personnel for audit and investigation purposes.
The collected data is used solely for:
Compliance with regulatory requirements.
Internal auditing and security reviews.
Legal hold and eDiscovery requests.
Monitoring adherence to corporate usage policies.
By using this Extension within the company’s infrastructure, users acknowledge and consent that:
All interactions with LLMs may be captured and stored.
The company has the right to audit and review captured content for regulatory and legal purposes.
The Extension operates under the scope of corporate IT and compliance policies.
If you do not agree with the data capture, please consult your company's IT or compliance team.
We take the protection of captured data seriously and implement industry-standard security measures, including:
Secure transmission (HTTPS).
Encrypted archival storage.
Access control limited to authorized enterprise personnel.
We do not sell, rent, or share collected data with any third parties. All captured data remains within the company’s infrastructure and is subject to corporate privacy and compliance policies.
Since this extension is intended for corporate-managed devices and networks, users' rights and responsibilities are governed by the organization's internal IT and privacy policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be communicated via internal corporate channels. Continued use of the Extension after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
