Complex Studios was born from passion and purpose—a vessel for creativity designed to leave a lasting impact. What began with one-of-one custom denim pieces has evolved into cut-and-sewn collections, ready-to-wear garments, digital art, and curated sounds - all of which have evolved my presence within the Dallas creative scene. More than a brand, CS exists as a platform for boundless creativity, self-empowerment, mental health awareness, spiritual growth, and community—bridging the gap between artistry and intellect, and between individual vision and collective progress.

Create the Conversation
Community Outreach (2024)
Create the Conversation was a panel event held as an intimate gathering of minds. My efforts brought together a videographer, a model, a poet, a fashion designer/stylist, and a photographer to have an in-depth conversation about the highs and lows of their creative journeys. Set within a theater designed as a studio-like space, the event blended an open-minded dialogue and community, offering an environment where ideas flowed freely and authentically. Guests engaged with empowering stories, connected deeply with the panelists, and explored merchandise from Complex Studios—leaving inspired, uplifted, and eager for what would come next.
I Am Good Enough
Apparel Design | Mental Health Awareness (2024)
The I Am Good Enough campaign was created as a reminder of the quiet power of affirmation. Rooted in the universal question, “Am I good enough?”, the project invited audiences to reframe self-doubt into self-empowerment. The phrase “I Am” became both a mantra and a mirror—an anchor for mental wellness that encourages individuals to affirm their worth, embrace their humanity, and recognize that existence itself carries value. Through this lens, the campaign became more than apparel; it became a message of resilience and affirmation.
Behind the scenes, I served as graphic designer, creative director, and marketing lead. From developing the hoodie design and art-directing its photoshoots to crafting the social media rollout, I wove together storytelling and strategy to create a cohesive campaign experience. These contributions reflect the same qualities I bring to UX design—empathy, attention to detail, and the ability to translate human need into meaningful interaction. The campaign stood not only as a product launch but also as a testament to how thoughtful design can empower and inspire.

INDIVI(DUALITY)
Apparel Design | Self-Empowerment | Creative Direction (2023)
The INDIVI(DUALITY) campaign, launched in 2023, explored the tension and harmony between the parts of ourselves we celebrate and the parts we struggle to accept. With a mission to define and embrace the dualities that exist within every individual, the campaign challenged audiences to see wholeness not as perfection, but as the willingness to live fully in both light and shadow. Its message invited people to recognize duality as an essential part of the human experience—and, in doing so, to embrace life in its entirety.
As creative director, I shaped the campaign’s visual and narrative language across every touchpoint. I designed the INDIVI(DUALITY) tee, directed photo and video shoots—including the commercial that anchored the rollout—and led the social media marketing strategy that carried the message forward. This work required balancing concept with clarity, aesthetic with accessibility, and vision with execution—the very principles that guide my approach to UX design. By bridging strategy and empathy, I ensured the campaign not only looked powerful but also resonated deeply with its audience.
Be Yourself: Imposter Syndrome Survivor
Apparel Design | Self-Empowerment | Creative Direction (2021)
The Be Yourself: Imposter Syndrome Survivor campaign was born from a deeply personal journey of rediscovery. At its core, the campaign is about letting one’s light shine through the dark spaces created by doubt, comparison, and the pressure to measure up. It called on both models and audience members to confront the weight of imposter syndrome, to honor the struggles of finding one’s creative voice, and to embrace survival as strength. Through simple yet powerful statements—Be Yourself, You Control Your Reality, Imposter Syndrome Survivor—the campaign became both a shield and a torch, a reminder that authenticity is the greatest superpower.

I directed the creative vision across design, photography, and rollout, weaving the symbolic return of the Yin-Yang with bold apparel and storytelling. My role spanned graphic design, campaign art direction, and the strategic use of social media to spread its message of resilience. In many ways, this process mirrored the qualities of strong UX design - balancing vulnerability with clarity, creating work that is both functional and emotional, and designing experiences that empower users to see themselves in new light. The result was a campaign stood as both a personal milestone and a communal reminder: survival is not just enduring, but thriving as your truest self.
