*= the conference dinner can be also bought separately, in the case one wants to buy extra tickets, at the price of 80 Euros.
**= the accompanying persons who, at the moment of registration, do not wish to participate in the welcome cocktail and the conference dinner, are not required to pay any fee. The accompanying persons fee does not include coffee breaks and lunches.
Registration
We commit to ensure that participants of this STATPHYS29 satellite event receive the best support so that they feel happy and safe during our Conference and can therefore thrive and achieve their academic goals.
Please, note that registrations and all reservations to the Conference must be made through the online form, and that registrations are considered valid only upon payment.
Please note that the Conference Secretariat will provide the invoice only after the payment has arrived, which usually takes from three to five workings days. Moreover, invoices are not issued automatically, so please consider at least three to five working days before receiving them together with the confirmation of your registration.

Please, consider that receiving a payment from a not registered participant doesn’t allow us to issue the regular invoice and consequently isn’t valid until the due registration on our online platform. Therefore, please, to register for the Conference you must make sure to have completed the registration form before making the payment.

How to get INVOICE
Your registration will be effective only after we have received the total amount due by bank transfer or by credit card. The Secretariat will then provide the invoice/s.
In the ‘Invoice’ section of the registration form, please also specify the fiscal address and VAT/tax code:
– In the case of refunds from your Company/Institution, please select “Company”
– If you are paying independently, please insert your fiscal data.

No pro-forma invoice will be issued.
All participants are required to carefully check the inserted data for the invoice(s)!
Any change of the invoice details (such as an address, VAT number etc.) is exclusively possible within 3 days from the payment date and is subject to a 20 EUR extra fee. In case of doubt, please check with your company/institution administration first.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Policy cancellation for Congress on-site fees, optional tours and Congress dinner:
Full refund for cancellations received before May 12th 2025 (23.59 CEST);
(please note: € 20 will be withheld for administrative practices);
50% refund for cancellations received between May 13th and June 1st 2025 (23.59 CEST);
No refunds will be granted after June 1st, 2025 (23.59 CEST).
All refunds will be processed starting one month after the Conference.
A € 20 bank commission expense will be charged for refunds and changes to the invoices for administrative purposes.
VISA LETTER
VISA letters can be asked to the Organizing Secretariat at complexity@grupposymposia.it, only after registering for the conference and paying the registration fee. The Organizing Secretariat cannot send VISA letters before registration for security reasons.
