Registration & Abstracts

Registration is now open until all spots are filled. To register, please fill the registration form

A large part of the conference costs is covered by institutional funds from the organization. However, a contribution from participants in the form of a registration fee is necessary to cover the high management costs.

The fee for participants is € 450.  The payment of the fee must be made within 2 days of registration. The fee includes welcome aperitif, lunches, coffee breaks, social dinner and workshop material.

For invited speakers and staff, the fee is € 500 and will be covered by the organization. 

For registered participants only: to submit an abstract, please fill the dedicated form

Registered participants have the opportunity to submit an abstract for a contributed talk or a poster. Abstracts can be submitted at any time after the registration, provided to comply with the following deadline.

Abstract submission deadline: June 3rd, 2025

Some accepted contributed talks will be selected as keynote talks, receiving a longer time slot than regular contributed talks.

Please prepare your abstract according to the official template ensuring it does not exceed one page. Once your submission is ready,  upload the PDF version of the abstract in the submission form.

The organizing committee will consider only abstract submitted by registered participants.
