More practice with the first 5 notes. Again make sure you keep watching your music, not the bars. Use your peripheral vision to help you. If you need to look down do so quickly, but then look right back up. Make that only happen once every few measures instead of a few times every measure.
The second half of the lesson is a great review on multiple bounce rolls. Make sure your wrists are FLAT when you hit the head, never play like a brontosaurus.
