Adelaide’s newest NDIS disability services provider commenced services in May 2021.
CDS SA provide support coordination, specialist support coordination and a range of therapy supports – offering a complete disability service all in one place.

OUR SERVICES
The CDSSA team is a qualified and experienced group of allied health professionals and support coordinators aiming to provide you with the support through your NDIS plan to reach your individual goals. Our therapists are registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (Ahpra).
Our team of qualified staff offer face to face services in the Adelaide Metropolitan region as well as online services across South Australia.
We provide the following services:
· Specialist Support Coordination
We charge for NDIS services at rates lower than the current version of the NDIS Price Guide. Travel costs may also apply. To find out more, please see our price list here.

For Return to Work services, we charge in accordance with the rates set by Return to Work SA which can be found here.
We are also able to provide private physiotherapy at competitive rates here.
