You must not misuse the app, including but not limited to:
Using it for illegal activities
Interfering with device sensors or system functions
Relying on it in life-critical or emergency navigation situations
Using it in restricted or unsafe environments
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Smart Compass: Qibla & GPS complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
The app provides directional, location, weather, and environmental data using device sensors and third-party data sources.
While we strive for accuracy:
Compass readings may be affected by magnetic interference or device conditions
GPS accuracy may vary depending on environment and signal strength
Weather and AQI data are provided by external services and may not always be exact
The app is provided for informational and general use only and should not be relied upon for critical navigation, emergency decisions, or professional use.
The app may use third-party services to provide features and improve performance, including:
Analytics services (e.g., usage and performance tracking)
Subscription and payment providers (e.g., RevenueCat / App Store systems)

Some features of the app may require a subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase
Renewal charges will occur within 24 hours before the end of the current period
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings

We may offer free trials for certain subscription plans:
No charge will be applied during the trial period
If not canceled before the trial ends, the subscription will automatically begin and payment will be charged
We reserve the right to modify or cancel free trial offers at any time
The app may offer optional in-app purchases:
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store
Purchases are final and cannot be canceled once processed
Items are non-transferable and have no cash value
Payments are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or Apple’s refund policies.
