Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the Compass FS app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, created by Fengshuilab (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a free service with optional in-app purchases. This service is provided "AS IS".
1. Information Collection and Use
The Application collects and processes certain information strictly to provide, maintain, and improve our services:
- Location Data: The Application requires access to your device's location services (GPS) and motion/compass sensors solely to calculate real-time orientation, compass heading, coordinates, and display satellite map features. This location data is processed in real time and is NOT linked to your identity, stored on our servers, or used for tracking purposes.
- Account Information & User ID: If you sign in (via Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In), we collect basic identifiers (such as your User ID and email address) strictly for user authentication, managing your profile, and syncing your account status (Free, Pro, or Master).
- Purchase History: When you purchase or restore upgrades (such as Pro or Master packages), transactions are processed securely through Apple's In-App Purchase system (StoreKit). We maintain transaction records linked to your account only to validate entitlements, restore purchases, and unlock premium features.
- Photos and Media: The Application requests permission to access your photo library solely to save, export, or select your floor plans and compass measurement images upon your request. We do not access your private photos without permission or upload your photo library to our servers.
- Device & Diagnostics Information: Through integrated services (such as Firebase Analytics and Remote Config), we collect anonymous identifiers (such as Device/Installation ID) and basic usage statistics (such as app opens, feature interactions, and configuration checks) solely to improve app stability, deliver remote updates, and optimize user experience.
2. Third-Party Services
The Application integrates trusted third-party SDKs to facilitate authentication, analytics, and infrastructure. These services handle data in accordance with their respective privacy policies:

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties, and we do NOT use your data for targeted advertising or cross-app tracking.
3. Account & Data Deletion (Your Rights)
We respect your privacy rights and provide full control over your personal data:
- In-App Deletion: You can permanently delete your account and all associated personal data directly within the Application at any time by navigating to More -> Settings -> Delete Account.
- Manual Request: You may also request complete data deletion by contacting us at masterfengshuiapp@gmail.com. Upon request, all your stored user data will be permanently removed from our databases.
4. Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider retains user-provided account data only for as long as you maintain an active account with the Application. If you delete your account, your personal data will be promptly and permanently erased.
5. Children's Privacy
The Application does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal data, we will immediately delete it from our servers. Parents or guardians may contact us at masterfengshuiapp@gmail.com for any inquiries.
6. Security
We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
