1. Assumption of Risk By using Compass Trivia ("the App"), you acknowledge that the App requires physical movement and interaction with the real world. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with using the App, including but not limited to: physical injury, property damage, traffic accidents, falls, and interactions with other people or animals.

2. Safety & Conduct You agree to use the App safely and lawfully. You expressly agree NOT to:

• Use the App while driving a vehicle, riding a bicycle, or operating machinery.

• Trespass on private property or enter areas where you do not have permission to be.

• Play in dangerous areas (e.g., construction sites, steep cliffs, busy roadways).

• Harass, stalk, or harm other individuals while using the App.

5. No Warranty The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." The Developer makes no warranties regarding the accuracy of the compass data, location services, or trivia content. Real-world conditions may differ from the map data; always prioritize real-world safety over App instructions.
