Meet the people that make up the COMPASS team

Foundation for Research and Technology - Hellas (FORTH)

Facilities

All COMPASS activities are housed in state-of-the-art facilities at FORTH, which include a well-controlled environment, access and security regulations, all required general-purpose support, and plenty of office space. All necessary IT infrastructure, such as servers, storage, accounts, management, and administration, is supplied by FORTH.

Meet the team

Members of the Signal Processing Lab at FORTH-ICS make up the V4-ICARUS Core Team. In keeping with its tagline, "teamwork makes the dream work," SPL places a strong emphasis on teamwork as a crucial element in creating a successful team. A direction that inspires, guides, and involves its members is the cornerstone of any successful team. To this end, SPL promotes engagement and candid, open conversation among its members. Teamwork starts at the top. Therefore, the proper attitude of our team's members, achieved by flattening the conventional organizational pyramid and fostering the proper team culture, is what makes our team productive. While ensuring that everyone is aware that the outcome of the team's work is what matters, clear expectations are set for both the team and each individual. Team members are encouraged to share their thoughts and recommendations on how to better accomplish the group's objectives.
