Who are we?
We are a group of people/communities who feel deeply connected to the universality of this problem and people affected by this. We thrive in multiple spaces and thus bring with us the range of resources/thoughts/ideas/contacts. While this might not be enough to guarantee the solutions, this still feels like the RIGHT thing to do.
What do we guarantee?
Transparency in all the processes with the people who have signed up.
Sharing of all the resources on a common platform.
Maintaining confidentiality.
What we are not?
We all do not have the experience of placing people in organizations.
We are not set up as an HR firm.
We don’t guarantee placements, we could at most be sharing and connecting with people/organizations with current openings and opportunities.
It would be difficult for us to take the responsibility of the work culture/ income and values of the organization if one gets placed through this collective.

How can you leverage the support from this collective?

Share how urgent the need is and nature of the need-(Economical/Emotional)Critical/Moderate/Comfortable. This will be a trust based exercise where you would have the choice to share your understanding of where you think you are in this situation.
You can choose to opt out from this anytime you feel uncomfortable or the services are not beneficial to you and still you would have an option to come back when you wish/or are ready to avail the support this group has to offer.
