A web platform designed to simplify IPS fidelity assessments to help mental health providers better support individuals with mental illness in securing employment.
The eIPS Fidelity Project aims to streamline how behavioral health providers implement and evaluate the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model, an evidence-based approach that helps individuals with mental illness find and maintain competitive employment. Currently reliant on manual data entry and spreadsheet-based calculations, this process can be inefficient and prone to mistakes. This project seeks to address these challenges by creating a more efficient online platform.
This web application will enable providers to easily log in, submit data, and complete fidelity assessments through a centralized, user-friendly portal. It will also allow administrators to view, manage, and analyze provider data with automated calculations and reports.
Building on previous development work, this phase of the project focuses on refining the login system, improving the user interface, and incorporating automated formulas for fidelity score calculations. The eIPS Fidelity Project will provide both providers and administrators with the tools they need to make informed, data-driven decisions, ultimately enhancing the quality and effectiveness of IPS services. This platform will not only reduce administrative burdens but also improve outcomes for individuals seeking employment support through the IPS model.
