Dr. Pramod Katara (PI), 

Dr. Pramod Katara is an Assistant Professor (Bioinformatics) at Centre of Bioinformatics, University of Allahabad. Since last 17 years he is actively working in the field of bioinformatics to solve various biological issues with the help of computational omics approaches. His current research is focused on human genome and transcriptome analysis to predict pharmacogenomic variant and solve pharmacogenomics related issues. His group also working on computational metagenomics with special focus to milk and human disease specific microbiome (taxonomical binning, gene classification and metabolic network construction).
