Meditation

Our meditation group is a weekly opportunity for neighborhood meditators to get together and support each other in our practice. We meet for an hour with about 20 minutes set aside for silent meditation. We welcome everyone, regardless of meditation style or technique. If you have never meditated, a very simple method will be offered that can be learned in about 10 minutes.

Reiki

Reiki (pronounced “Ray-key”) is a simple Japanese energy-balancing method that is used by hundreds of thousands of people all over the world.

It is a safe, gentle, non-invasive form of hands-on healing, complimentary to all medical practices. Most people experience a deep sense of peace and relaxation during the treatment.

Individual chair Reiki treatments are scheduled in 45 minute slots.
