POWER to Give Life

Come and join us for a fresh and family-friendly Sunday afternoon service together followed by tea!

What to expect

Firstly, a warm welcome!  Whether you are young or old, coming with a horde of children or on your own, you've never set foot in a church before or you're a regular, you are very welcome to join us here!

You will be invited to take a seat at one of the Cafe tables ready for our service, which will include a dramatised Bible story, a short talk, some worship songs and a craft activity before we join in a simple shared meal together (we even provide the food!).

We look forward to seeing you there!

COVID safety

For everyone's safety and peace of mind, we space out the seating, provide hand gel on each table and ventilate the room as much as possible.

We kindly ask that you show respect for others by maintaining social distancing and good hygeine practices. Thank you.

This Month's Songs

Great Big God

Nothing's Too Big Big Big For His Power

This is Amazing Grace

This Month's Bible Story

Mark 5:21-43 "Time to Get Up"

We will be telling a dramatised version of this story from the Lion Storyteller Bible

This Month's Craft

We will be providing the resources for a simple craft activity (suitable for children).

If you're a bit of a craft-enthusiast and would rather bring your own resources (watercolours, embroidery, crochet anyone...?) to do your own activity during this time you are very welcome!

This Month's Food

At the moment, our shared meal together consists of a simple tea packed in individual paper bags (to reduce Covid risks). Typically this might include a sausage roll or mini cheese, a bag of crisps, a piece of fruit, a cake bar, and a carton of juice. Tea & coffee also provided!

Sharing a meal together like this provides a great chance to chat and get to know each better.

Where to find us

We meet at the Hampton Park Pavilion

Ash Crescent, Salisbury, SP1 3GY

How much does it cost?

Our family-friendly services including craft and a shared tea are all free to come along to!

But we do have expenses we need to pay, such as hiring the Pavilion hall and providing food. So if you are able to give a donation to help us cover our expenses, that would be great, thank you!
