The Community Contribution Program is an independent student-run organization. Here at CCP, our mission is to help students all around Rhode Island by teaching them how to get community service hours. CCP supplies you with a completely free google classroom page that is full of information about different community service opportunities with different organizations all around RI, and more information is added weekly. This information includes things like descriptions of what activities you would be doing, personal contact numbers, restrictions, links to applications, the organizations official websites, and much more. Community service hours are very important to students, especially high schoolers as they need a certain amount of hours in order to graduate depending on their school. 

Community service helps everyone involved. Not only do high school students need a certain amount of community service hours to graduate, but being able to show universities that you have a higher amount of community service hours will also most likely increase your chances of getting in. Not only can you benefit from doing more community service but you can help others along the way. Giving back to your community is extremely beneficial and helps so many people. Many students often struggle with knowing where to find community service opportunities and CCP is here to help!
