Community Care and Learning Center provides affordable, or free, child care and learning opportunities for children ranging from ages 6 weeks to 5. Our center is dedicated to serving our community regardless of financial resources. We are a non-profit as well as a subsidy provider that provides tuition assistance to families from the Virginia Department of Social Services.
