Our first Community Care project focuses on providing school supplies and educational materials for kindergarten and elementary school children from low-income families in Tolosa, Leyte.

Through community support and donations, we aim to give children the tools they need to learn, grow, and build a brighter future.

Community Care – Heart to Heart from God Inc. is committed to supporting underprivileged children, out-of-school youth, and working minors throughout Region 8, Philippines.

We provide educational assistance through school supplies, learning materials, educational equipment, scholarships, and community support programs designed to help children continue their education and build a brighter future.

To ensure that assistance reaches those who need it most, we work closely with local government units (LGUs), barangay officials, schools, and Municipal Social Welfare and Development Offices (MSWDO).

Potential beneficiaries are identified and recommended through cooperation with local communities and public institutions, ensuring fairness, transparency, and equal opportunities for deserving children and families.

Our mission is not only to provide assistance today, but also to create lasting opportunities through education, compassion, and community partnership.
