Adam Arrossa began his fire service career in 2001. In 2006, he joined Rio Rancho Fire Rescue where he fulfilled many roles. He has served the city of Rio Rancho as a Paramedic Firefighter, Captain, and most recently the Battalion Chief of the EMS division. His passion for EMS and the fast-paced world of medicine is a great fit for him. This led to the partnership and start of New Mexico Community Care. With his experience in the field, Adam saw the need to provide care and close the gap when it comes to healthcare for all New Mexicans. Outside of work, Adam enjoys time with family, assisting with youth basketball, and being active in his church.
Sean Bergen began his fire service career in 1998 in Santa Cruz. Soon after, he transferred to Rio Rancho Fire Rescue where he was a firefighter/paramedic until 2003. In 2003, he was promoted to Captain and he remains in that position today. Sean’s union experience with the International Association of Firefighters includes his Vice President seat which he’s held since 2017. Sean is a true entrepreneur. In addition to his fire career, he has established a successful insurance agency and his marketing venture with Bear Restoration has led to Sean purchasing and now running the company. With his vast experience in medicine and in the business world, it’s easy to see how Sean’s partnership with NMCC was a natural progression. His mission is to make it easier for everyone to get the healthcare coverage they deserve in New Mexico.
