Your $100 investment, the current value of a co-op share is paid once and entitles you and your household to the privileges of one membership (one vote in co-op elections). There are no annual fees and the share is fully refundable. Once you submit the membership enrollment form and pay for your membership you will be given your CGC Membership Card along with a coop t-shirt and a shopping tote bag. Please note an additional $3.20 will be added to accommodate for the paypal fee.

Benefits of becoming an Community Grocery Co-op member include:
1. You OWN THE COOP! Individual members have the right to vote at meetings and on any decisions deferred to the members.
2. Eligibility to serve on the Board of Directors or Coop committees.
3. As soon as we kick start our CGC Marketplace you will receive member benefits and specials for our members on produce and other food goods. We are hoping to start our marketplace sometime late spring - early summer 2019.
4. Receive dividends based on the amounts you purchase and Coop net income each year.

We greatly thank you in becoming part of this great initiative. Membership puts the co-op at a higher advantage for the oop doesn’t have to rely on banks that charge interest. A relatively small amount of investment from a large number of people can create a sizable base of funds and a strong financial foundation for the co-op.
